Logitec Inc. In the logistics industry, following the enforcement in 2024 of the revised logistics-related two laws (*1), “how to implement the制度 in day-to-day operations”—including contract management and visibility into actual transportation structures—has become a major challenge. With these issues as the core theme, this forum will bring together speakers from government agencies, shippers, logistics operators, and academia. Going beyond background context and article-by-article explanations, discussions will focus on what is happening on the ground, where the gaps lie, and practical points for execution—examined from multiple perspectives.
