Logitec Obtains a Manufacturing License for Cosmetics and Quasi-Drugs at Its Minami-Funabashi Warehouse
Starts Providing Services to Cosmetics and Quasi-Drug E-Commerce Businesses through “Demand Logistics,” a Revenue-Linked, End-to-End EC Logistics Support Service
Logitec Inc., a member of the CAMCOM Group that addresses social issues related to “work” through its business activities (head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masaomi Kawamura; hereinafter “Logitec”), obtained licenses for “cosmetics manufacturing” and “quasi-drug manufacturing” at its Minami-Funabashi warehouse on April 21, 2025.
Leveraging these newly acquired licenses, Logitec has begun offering end-to-end EC operations outsourcing and 3PL (logistics outsourcing) services for cosmetics and quasi-drug brands through “Demand Logistics,” its revenue-linked, total EC logistics support service.

■ Providing Entry-Friendly Services for the Expanding Health & Beauty EC Market
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the shift to online consumption has accelerated, and cosmetics and self-care products have rapidly moved to EC-centered distribution channels. At the same time, growing health and beauty awareness and increasingly diverse consumer needs have driven more D2C brands and small manufacturers to enter the market.
At Logitec’s Minami-Funabashi warehouse, we have obtained manufacturing licenses for cosmetics and quasi-drugs, enabling us to handle labeling and packing processes. This makes it possible to carry out final productization for OEM and imported cosmetics, reduce and visualize finished-goods inventory, and shorten logistics lead times. As a result, D2C and startup companies aiming to enter the market can launch their businesses more easily, even with limited initial resources.
Through “Demand Logistics,” our revenue-linked EC logistics service that can also operate OMS (Order Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) on behalf of clients, we provide support and outsourcing not only for front-end operations (store management tasks such as EC site operations and marketing), but also for back-end operations such as order processing, shipping, and inventory control.
In addition, by leveraging Logitec’s broader warehouse network and extensive human resources, we offer a flexible operations structure that can absorb volume fluctuations between peak and off-peak seasons, providing comprehensive support for EC businesses.
