Logitec Inc., a member of the CAMCOM Group that addresses social issues related to “work” through its business activities (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masaomi Kawamura; hereinafter “Logitec”), opened a new base, the “Logitec Higashi-Narashino Warehouse,” in Chiba Prefecture on November 29, 2024, and launched “Demand Logistics,” a customizable, revenue-linked fulfillment service for e-commerce businesses.

Leveraging this new warehouse and service as a starting point, and creating synergies with Logitec’s other warehouse locations and logistics resource matching services, we will provide comprehensive support for in-house logistics operations of EC businesses.

Leveraging its location in Higashi-Narashino, close to major EC hubs, Demand Logistics is a fulfillment service designed specifically for e-commerce businesses. It combines an OMS (Order Management System) with a cloud-based WMS (Warehouse Management System) that can be integrated via API or CSV, enabling seamless, end-to-end support from back end to front end, 365 days a year.
The service is built on a flexible operations structure that can respond to sharp fluctuations in order volume, such as during sales campaigns or when new products are launched.
